What checks run before you see a draft

A deterministic validator, an adversarial AI review, and a citation trace.

A deterministic validator checks the hard requirements in code: mandatory clauses present, prohibited clauses absent, the execution block matching that state's formalities, every referenced person defined, residuary shares summing to 100%, and no leftover placeholders.

An independent AI reviewer then scores the draft adversarially and drives a bounded repair loop. Finally, every legal assertion is traced to a citation in the rule set.

A blocker finding never reaches you as a finished draft.
