One-state intensive

State-Specific Estate Planning

Study the estate-planning law of one chosen state, with local authorities, worked examples and focused practice—not a comparison of different states.

Planned length: 7–9 hours (about 8 hours), self-paced. The completed curriculum will focus on one chosen state's rules, examples and assessments. It does not test other states. This is an estimate, not a required screen-time timer or CLE credit.

Suggested preparation

Estate Planning Basics or equivalent experience. Choose an available state before purchasing.

Equivalent experience can replace foundational coursework; a separate course purchase is not a prerequisite.

What early access includes now

These are released lessons, not a completed 7–9-hour course. Remaining modules, additional exercises and purchaser AI grading are still in development. Course updates are included; no completion date is promised.

Illinois only

2 released lessons · approximately 50 minutes including practice

  • Illinois: distinguish a witness problem from an invalid will (25 minutes)
  • Illinois lab: review a conventional paper-will signing plan (25 minutes)
