Estateur Education Purchase Terms
These terms apply to Estateur education courses, not existing consumer-document purchases or Estateur Pro subscriptions. Courses are offered as early access while their full curricula are developed. Checkout may be unavailable until payment configuration is complete. These terms are displayed for acknowledgment before payment.
Course access and price
Each course costs $499 USD before applicable tax, paid once. The complete collection includes the six courses named at checkout for $2,395.20 before applicable tax, a 20% reduction from the $2,994 combined price. There is no recurring education subscription. Your order records the named courses purchased. You receive lifetime access to those courses and their updates, independent of an Estateur Pro subscription. Future separately sold courses are not included. Access is personal to the purchaser; do not share account credentials or resell course materials.
Early access and selected state
You are purchasing an unfinished course, not a completed 7–9-hour curriculum. Review the available lesson list and estimated current study time shown before checkout. The complete curriculum, remaining modules and some interactive features are still in development. Updates to purchased courses are included without another course payment, but no completion date is promised. The 7–9-hour figure is a development target, not the duration currently delivered. A separate unchecked acknowledgment records your acceptance of early access.
The State-Specific Estate Planning course costs $499 and covers ONE state chosen before payment. The six-course bundle includes the five general/federal core courses plus this course for one chosen state. Only states with released early-access lessons can be selected. Your order records the chosen state; changing a URL or profile setting does not change the purchased state or unlock other states. We are not representing that all 50 state curricula are available or complete. Core courses do not test comparisons between states. Older purchases retain the exact courses and prices recorded on their orders; adding a course to the catalog does not retroactively enlarge or reprice an earlier bundle.
Final sales and acknowledgment
All course and bundle sales are final. No refunds are offered after purchase, except where required by law. You must affirmatively check an initially unchecked acknowledgment of this policy before checkout. We record the accepted policy version and server acceptance time with your order. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. Contact contact@estateur.com promptly if you experience a billing or access problem. This policy does not change the terms of earlier consumer or Pro purchases.
Separate Estateur Pro benefit
An eligible course purchase provides a 20% discount on the purchaser's own monthly Estateur Pro seat for one year from the first eligible course purchase. It does not stack with annual pricing or other offers, apply to other firm seats, or restart with a later course purchase. Purchasing a course never automatically starts or changes a Pro subscription. Any activation must be separately confirmed in the Pro billing flow. The discount's expiration does not end lifetime course access. Billing activation remains in development and is not currently self-service. Contact support about activation; we will not silently modify your subscription.
Practical education, not CLE or legal advice
The courses are practical professional education, not accredited CLE, a law license, specialist certification, or a guarantee of competence or business results. Estateur is not a law firm and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Attorneys remain responsible for their professional judgment and for verifying current governing law. Lessons identify their scope, sources, and selected jurisdiction where applicable; a national lesson is not a statement that all states have identical law.
Exercises and AI feedback
Use fictional facts only in practice exercises. Never submit client names, confidential information, account identifiers, or real client documents. AI practice grading is optional, can make mistakes, and assesses only the supplied rubric. State-specific accuracy is assessed only where an identified supplement exists. A practice score is not course completion, legal approval, CLE credit, or certification. You may study without submitting free text to AI.
